During this particular project, CertaPro Painters of Atlanta was asked to fully repaint the open air corridors of both Carlton Condominiums buildings. Although these corridors are interior to the structure, they were constantly exposed to various air conditions of heat, humidity, and cold dude to the open-ended hallways. Accordingly, we finished the project using exterior rated materials for all applications. In addition to the hallway work, the parking garages were repainted, carpentry work was done to repair damaged baseboards at the building’s entrances, and repair work was completed on the metal gates to address rusting and failures where pitting at the bottom of the spindles had allowed water to pool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
