The parking deck&#8217;s existing color scheme was outdated and did not allow for easy cleaning, and the fountain was suffering from paint failure and extensive peeling.<\/p>\n<p>The project started with pressure washing, general prep, and painting of defined areas, including a color change to the fountain and planters. Additionally, our crew painting the exterior door frames off the building&#8217;s entryway. All areas received Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint\u00ae latex paint.<\/p>\n<p>One of the job&#8217;s not-so-minor challenges was reducing inconvenience to residents. We worked with the community to block off access to the parking lot and high-traffic areas during work hours, which posed a bit of a roadblock for residents coming and going. Fortunately, we finished the job in three days.<\/p>\n<p>We had worked with property manager Eric B. in the past, both at his former company as well as his present employer. In an online review, Eric had this to say about the Manger House project:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Use these guys to make your job easier.
