{"id":9104,"date":"2020-03-19T08:45:02","date_gmt":"2020-03-19T12:45:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/certapro.com\/ashland\/?post_type=community&#038;p=9104"},"modified":"2023-06-23T14:15:04","modified_gmt":"2023-06-23T18:15:04","slug":"covid-19-update","status":"publish","type":"community","link":"https:\/\/certapro.com\/ashland\/community\/covid-19-update\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>To protect the health of our customers as well as our employees and contractors CertaPro Painters will provide high-fidelity painting project estimates for both interior and exterior work according to these protocols:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"line-height: 2;\"><strong>Interior:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide fully remote estimates until the Governor\u2019s emergency order expires.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>We can use electronic copies of floor plans and\/or room measurements provided by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, we\u2019ll conduct a brief virtual walkthrough with the customer using video calls (e.g, Google Duo, WhatsApp).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Conduct a preparatory phone call to gather information, discuss details of the project and minimize time needed on-site.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Specific surfaces to be painted (e.g., ceilings, walls, trim), desired outcome (e.g., refresh existing or change colors), any needed repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optionally perform an on-site estimate conducted with social distancing only after the Governor\u2019s emergency order expires.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>No-touch walkthrough and measurements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exterior:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conduct a preparatory phone call to gather information, discuss details of the project, and minimize time needed on-site.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Specific surfaces to be painted (e.g., siding, trim, desks\/porches), desired outcome (e.g., refresh existing or change colors), needed carpentry repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perform a \u201cdrive-by\u201d estimate with no need for physical customer interaction whatsoever.<\/p>\n<p>Optionally provide fully remote estimates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019ll conduct a virtual walkthrough with the customer using video calls (e.g, Google Duo, WhatsApp).<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, we\u2019ll collect homeowner photos\/videos and information available from the internet (e.g., Zillow).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additionally:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All proposals will be provided same or next-day.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>We will provide a LIVE proposal review via scheduled remote web conferencing (i.e., Zoom meeting) to ensure everything is accurately recorded, go over various customizations and options, and answer any questions.<\/li>\n<li>Unless requested otherwise, proposals will be delivered electronically, eliminating the need for exchanging physical proposal materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Finally:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All CertaPro Painters\u00ae teams are encouraged to follow preventative safety measures, including the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>We will clean our hands with soap often, for at least 20 seconds, use hand sanitizer when available, and clean frequently touched surfaces.<\/li>\n<li>We will keep a safe distance (6 feet) from people who are sneezing\/coughing, and stay home when sick.<\/li>\n<li>Before entering a customer&#8217;s property, we will communicate that we&#8217;re healthy and ask if our customer is as well.<\/li>\n<li>Instead of shaking hands we will greet each other verbally without any contact.<\/li>\n<li>We will not enter the home, and the crew will use off-site bathroom facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As always, we schedule painting projects to be completed at the customer\u2019s request and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
