Production Associate

CertaPro Painters of Arlington has an immediate opening in Falls Church for an organized and quality oriented Production Associate to champion all customer experience and painter experiences.

The Production Associate will be responsible for proactively recruiting and developing qualified painter crews, ensuring the quality of painter and carpenter workmanship on our projects, and providing an Extraordinary Customer Experience one job at a time. The Production Associate will be a team player working with the sales associates, the painters and the office administrator to ensure that we deliver an Extraordinary Customer Experience. Our ideal candidate is a proven multi-tasker with a customer service mindset, exemplary verbal and written communication skills, eye for detail, and excellent priority management and conflict resolution skills.
