"We had a mix-up with what was on the contract and what the painters were going to do. The contract did not specify the crown molding and wainscoting so the painters did not do it. This was a big part of the project and because it was not specified explicitly on the contract, it caused a bit of an issue. The contract just said all the trim which I thought included these aspects as this was what was discussed with the estimator when she came out. The painters were excellent though, they did the work and did an excellent job. That all should have been taken care of and the estimator should have talked to me directly to make sure everything was ok."

But I asked for the response. Then after another few days I had to ask again for a timeline. I got a general week-long suggestion. Then when that week arrived (and with no response on a specific paint day), I had to ask again. Even so, the pain job was excellent and made up for the lack of front-end communication."
